Welcome to Chicago Midway airport where the local time is 4pm. Yes... that's right. I am back.
I am back to the place where this journey is about to take off. AND.. I'm excited! I am ready to put the rubber down and make good things happen. I had a bracelet made for my birthday this year. It says "Jen hungry Ironman Wisconsin 2009". It is a constant reminder of what the next 5 months is all about. I can't wait!! I can't wait to get started on the little goals I have for the next month. AND.. I really can't wait to be so tired from some awesome workouts. There is something about that feeling rippling through your body that feels oh so good!!!
So.. watch out Chicago. I am a more determined, more single minded individual then when I left. Phoenix was the trip I need to center myself and now I am ready. Let's go! It's GAME ON!
